Weihua J.
Founder
Weihua spent eight years as a technology executive recruiter for global private-equity firms and their acquisitions, consulting through her own practice, Dwei Consulting. Her work sat at the exact moment a software company changes hands: helping PE operating teams find the CTOs and technology leaders who take an acquisition from close through its first real platform decisions.
Eight years inside that playbook showed her the same gap in every portfolio: companies an ocean away from where the models, the silicon, and the newest cloud services actually launch — each one paying the latency tax alone, architecting around regional availability that arrives late or never.
She founded Boro Solutions in 2026 to productize what she'd watched PE operating teams do by hand: US cloud footprints for Asia-Pacific companies — accounts set up in the customer's own name, workloads migrated in, frontier models unlocked — delivered in one click, with consulting for the moves that need a human.
